Outline of Final Research Achievements |
It has been proposed that ELEANOR non-coding RNAs may be involved in the recurrence of estrogen receptor (ER)-positive breast cancer by activating transcription of the ESR1 gene, which encodes ER. In this study, using chromatin isolation by RNA purification (ChIRP) method, I have revealed genomic regions associated with ELEANOR RNAs. Also, I have identified several drugs that inhibit ELEANOR's function.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
