Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We examined support for solving psychosocial problems after the Great East Japan Earthquake. One is the booklet "Post-disaster care (10 things to recover your mind and body)" created by the Disaster Research Institute for Disasters and Tohoku University based on the experience of the Great East Japan Earthquake, prefectural offices, municipal offices, We distributed it to NPO corporations and conducted a satisfaction survey. The other was to reanalyze the data studied in high school students in the 1st to 3rd years after the Great East Japan Earthquake, and to examine the improvement of psychosocial problems by lifestyle. The results of this study were presented at the Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of Disaster Medicine (Kobe) (oral presentation 31: Examination of lifestyle habits for improving psychological condition of high school students affected by natural disasters).

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
