Outline of Final Research Achievements

In this research, we examined and developed teaching materials that can be used at schools, focusing in particular on promoting cross-subject activities and education using cultural assets and cultural heritage, while taking into account the current status of programming education. The applicability of some of the materials was evaluated by practicing them in schools. From the students' behavior on the day of practice, the results of their questionnaire, and their products, we were able to observe that the students had an image of what they wanted to create in advance, actually created the 3D data, and checked and examined the output through a trial-and-error process. Materials developed in this research will be useful as a basic framework for further development of teaching materials using 3D printers.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
