Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
In this fiscal year, we successfully labelled BLA cells with calcium indicators and set up fiber photometry system. We recorded the activity dynamics of multiple populations of cells in basolateral amygdala during each step of ambiguous tone test. And we found that different BLA populations experienced distinct dynamics during the test. The data suggest that different populations of BLA cells regulate the direction of cognitive bias in different ways. We could publish 3 papers in international journals, and present our work in six international conferences.
