Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In addition to "continuity of learning" and "reflection on learning" as indicated in the Career Passport example documents, it became clear that "evaluation of learning" to deepen reflection and "temporal perspective of learning" to link the past, present, and future are essential elements for fostering career-oriented competencies. In addition, it became clear that "temporal perspective of learning" requires a perspective of "longitudinal linkage of learning" and "transversal linkage of learning" that transcends the framework of time and subject matter, and that "evaluation of learning" requires a system of mutual evaluation by peers who know the learner well in addition to self-evaluation as a guiding element. In addition to self-evaluation, a system of mutual evaluation by peers who know the learners well is necessary as an element of instruction.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
キャリア形成型コンピテンシー育成を図るための指導要素として、校種を超えた「学びの継続性」、過去、現在、未来の視点で考える「学びの時間的展望」、学びをまとめ、次の学びにつなぐ「学びの発展性」と、「学びの発展性」を実現するために必要な学習者のための「学びの評価」が必要であることが明らかとなった。特に「学びの評価」については、学習者のための評価として、自己評価だけでなく、学習者をよく知る仲間からの相互評価が必要であること、また、「学びの時間的展望」においては、学年、校種を越えた縦断的な視点とともに、同一時制における教科の枠組みを越えた横断的視点を含めた立体的な視点が必要であることが明らかとなった。
