Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Invasive exercise right heart catheterization was performed to measure hemodynamics at rest and during exercise in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction, and the deterioration and degree of hemodynamics during exercise were clarified. In addition, patients could be severely classified in more detail. In the future, we plan to increase the number of subjects and clarify the correlation between hemodynamics during exercise and biomarkers, and the relationship between hemodynamics and severity classification and patient prognosis.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
