We performed ChIP-Seq of Zfp423 and constructed a detailed chromatin localization and occupancy map of Zfp423 in myoblast cells. With this data we we identified putative targets belonging to the BMP/TGFB signaling pathway. We defined the Zfp423 DNA-binding motif and identified a candidate Zfp423 interaction factor capable of co-regulating BMP/TGFB signaling to regulate myoblast differentiation.
