Outline of Annual Research Achievements

深層学習(Deep Learning, DL)は、多くの最先端のアプリケーション分野て競争力のある知能と大きな成功を収めてきた。2017年以来、強力なGPU搭載サーバー/クラウドから小型テバイス（携帯電話など)へのDLシステムの導入と適用の需要か急増している。しかし、 サーバー/クラウトと小型テハイスの間のDLフレームワーク、プラッドフォーム、およひ移動デバイスのハードウェアの多様性と差異により、DLシステムを小型デバイスに効的に移行と展開することは非常に困難てある。現在、DLシステムの展開に対して品質保証の手法かまた欠けている。本研究ては、DLシステム展開の品質保証のための自動差動テストフレームワークを構築することか目的としている。
本研究ではこれまで得られた主な研究成果は以下の通りである。
1)DLシステム展開中の品質関連の問題調査、発見をまとめた。
2)DLシステム展開中の品質を評価するための差動テスト基準を設計した。
3)DLシステム展開中に導入されたソフトウェアの欠陥を検出するための自動差動テストフレームワーク開発の第一段階を完成した。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

今後の研究の推進方策:
(1) DLシステム展開中に導入されたソフトウェアの欠陥を検出するための自動差動テストフレームワークの開発を完成する。
(2) 自動差動テストフレームワークと複数の設計されたテスト基準を融合する。
(3 )実用的な小型モバイル機器や組込みシステム（モバイルとカメラなど）における提案手法を系統的に評価する。
