Research Abstract |
Cp-actin filaments that involved in chloroplast movement and CHUP1that mediates cp-actin filament polymerization were analyzed by a conforcal laserscanning fluorescence microscopy and total internal reflection fluorescence microscopyin detail. Cp-actin filaments` behavior was different from that of cytoplasmic actincables. They were severed and fragmented into about 0.3 μm and disappeared. Myosinmolecules might not be involved in chloroplast movement. Phot2 that involved inchloroplast avoidance movement might be localized on the chloroplast outer membrane.Other new findings were obtained.
