Research Abstract

植物の細胞膨圧、浸透圧、水ポテンシャルをプレッシャープローブで計測した後、細胞溶液を前処理無しにそのまま探針エレクトロスプレーイオン化質量分析により解析することで、リアルタイムでの細胞分子情報を獲得することを目指し、スピーキング・プラント・アプローチ法を駆使して、植物工場における植物生体情報を取り入れたナノ制御農業の創成を目指す。
