Research Abstract

(1)家兎の膝関節に骨軟骨移植術を実施するモデル、およびラットの前十字靭帯を切離して膝関節軟骨損傷・変形性関節症を惹起させるモデルを作成し、それらの関節軟骨の超音波解析、FTIR(フーリエ変換赤外分光光度計)解析、力学的特性解析、および組織学的・免疫組織学的評価を実施する。(2)またヒトの骨軟骨移植術や膝関節全置換術などにおける超音波解析等を実施する。
