Research Abstract

(1)ヒューマンカロリメーターを用いて、これまで十分な妥当性や信頼性が得られていない食事誘発性体熱産生の評価法を確立する。
(2)日常生活における身体活動量の変動幅を明示する。また、歩行以外の生活活動や、身体活動の各活動強度が、日常の身体活動量および総エネルギー消費量に与える影響について、成人と子どもを比較しながら検討する。
(3)ヒューマンカロリメーターのアルゴリズム改善に基づき、睡眠中のエネルギー代謝の経時変化を明らかにするとともに、日常生活で観察しうる範囲での異なる食事や運動の習慣がエネルギー消費量にどのような効果を及ぼすかを明らかにする。
(4)基礎代謝量または睡眠時代謝量と、DXA法やMRI法を用いてより詳細かつ正確に評価した身体組成との関連から、安静状態のエネルギー消費量における
