Research Abstract

近年老朽化が進む45,000kmに及ぶ農業用幹線水路の改修に際して,コスト縮減や環境配慮などの経緯より,パイプラインの薄肉化が進展してきている.しかしながら,現行のパイプライン設計基準ではm構造力学を基本とした設計手法であるため,パイプ剛性が同一であれば,管材料すなわち管厚の差異は考慮できないことになるため,極端な管厚の薄肉化が,座屈などのパイプの破壊を引き起こす可能性が高くなってきている.また,さらに,超大口径薄肉管を採用した現場における
実証実験結果から判断して,極度の薄肉化は極めて危険性を有していることが明らかになっている
本研究は,これらの社会的ニーズ,パイプラインの更新時期などの時代的背景を受け,薄肉パイプラインの挙動を明らかにし,さらにパイプの肉厚を考慮した,耐震性の高い環境に優しいパイプラインの新たな設計手法の提案・確立を行うものである
