| Research Abstract |
本研究の最終的な目的は,第一線の構成員が日々の業務を通じて蓄積していく暗黙的な知識やその集まりである集合知を生産システムの競争力向上に効果的につなげるための手段を提供することである.暗黙知や集合知は,何らかの意思決定に反映されることを通じて,生産システムの競争力に変化をもたらす.本研究では,特に,「製造現場に関する知識」と「市場環境に関する知識」を,「システム運用上の意思決定」と「システム変革上の意思決定」に反映させる,2×2=4通りの経路を対象として,それぞれ暗黙知や集合知の意思決定への適切な活用を支援するためのシステムの開発を行う
