Research Abstract

黄色ブドウ球菌、緑膿菌、大腸菌などのバイオフィルムの形成を調節する機能、宿主の免疫力を増大させる機能、大腸ガン細胞の増殖を阻止する機能などをもつことが我々によって最近明らかにされ、さらに、これらの機能以外にも多くの重要な生物機能をもつ事が他の研究者らによって示唆されている環状ビス(3'-5')ジグアニル酸(c-di-GMP)の未知機能の発見および機能発現機構の解明を行い、その結果を基に医薬品として実用可能なc-di-GMP人工修飾体の創製を目指す
