| Research Abstract |
In this research, we focused on a receptor protein to investigate the time dependent changes induced by a ligand binding experiment. Nanostructure changes were observed in real time using a fast scan AFM under physiological conditions. A nano-hole structure with a lipid receptor protein made it possible to analyze protein functions. This device architecture could be useful for a device with a biomimetic interface.
