Research Abstract

様々な高機能難加工金属板材にしてたいして,材料モデル(弾塑性構成式)と成形限界予測モデルを実験理論の両面から検討する.そして,これらを板成形CAEソフトに組込み実用に供することを日的とする.以下の項目につき研究を行う
(1)冷間(室温)加工硬化,繰返し硬化,バウシンガー効果,異方性,応力-ひずみ応答の速度依存性などの重要な弾塑性挙動を調査する
(2)熱間プレスへの対応のため,高温における材料特性と成形限界を調査する
(3)材料の弾(粘)塑性挙動を精度良く記述できる材料モデル(構成式)を確立する
(4)様々な成形モードにおける成形限界のクライテリオンを確立する
(5)上記(3),(4)で確立した材料モデルと成形限界クライテリオンを板成形CAEソフトに組込んで,成形シミュレーションが可能となる枠組みを構築する
(6)材料のミクロ組織と材料のマクロ挙動との関係を明らかにし,加工性の良い材料開発の指針を作る
