Research Abstract

液体は気体と比べて分子密度が高く,液体自身の冷却効果が期待できるので,液体中をプラズマ反応場として利用すると,熱に弱い材料への高速成膜が可能となる,本研究の目的は液中プラズマの放電特性を明らかにすることである.このため,液体中でプラズマ発生させ,電流-電圧特性から放電形態を考察し,次に,電子温度,電子密度などのプラズマパラメーターを実測し,基本的な物理現象を把握,最後に,成膜実験,分解実験を実施しプラズマの放電特性工学的応用の可能性を探る
