Research Abstract

1. 超音波ビームの高速走査を保ったまま, 空間分解能を向上させる方法と計測システムへの実現本研究者は, 心臓壁の振動計測時のエイリアシングを防ぐため, 超音波ビームを10方向程度に限定して高速に走査し, 心臓壁内に設定した約150点でのパルス状振動υ(t)の同時計測を実現してきた. しかし, 高速走査によって空間分解能が低下しており, 振動等の伝搬を心臓細部にわたって高精度に描出するには, 現状では空間分解能が不十分である. そこで本研究では, 90度範囲のセクタ走査領域を12度程度の8個の帯状領域に分割し, 各々の扇形に関して平面波を送信し, その扇形内のすべての反射・散乱波を, 同じセクタ型超音波プローブで収集し, 合成開口法に基づいて超音波ビームを再形成することによって, 扇形内の全ての点からの散乱・反射波を分離して算出する方法を新たに考案した.
2. 必要なソフトウェアを超音波ディジタル計測装置に組込み, 独自の計測システムを構築
(1) 上記の方法を実現するため, 「超音波ディジタル計測装置」にプログラムを作成した.
(2) 次いで, 付属するセクタ型超音波プローブの約100個の超音波トランスジューサ各々で同時に計測されたRF波形(標本化周波数 : 約15MHz)を, 1. での検討結果に基づいて解析し, 心臓壁内各点から反射・散乱波のRF信号を計測した.
(3) さらに, 心臓壁内で密に設定された各点での振動波形υ(t)を算出した.
(4) 一方, 心臓の3次元的な計測と表示に関しても, 検討を行った.
