Research Abstract

本研究は,耐酸性を要求されるコンクリート構造物(主に下水道関連施設)の新設,補修・補強において,結合材として用いられる耐酸性セメント系材料の耐酸性能,具体的には劣化進行予測を簡易に行える手法を開発することを目的とする
ここで取り上げる簡易評価試験方法によって得られる結果と,硬化体の耐酸性能を評価するために通常実施される硫酸溶液への浸漬試験での結果との対応関係を明らかとし,これに基づき,セメント等結合材を構成する鉱物や水和反応生成物と硫酸との反応をモデル化し,このモデルの妥当性を検証することを通じて,簡易評価試験方法の条件設定を行い,この試験精度を明らかとするものである
なお,ここでの簡易評価試験とは,微粉砕した硬化体を硫酸溶液中で反応させ,その時の硫酸溶液のpH変化を経時的に測定することによって行うものである.この試験結果より得られる硫酸溶液のpH経時変化ならびにpH変化から算出される硫酸溶液の水素イオン消費量を用いて評価を行う
