Research Abstract

我々が発見した新しい光受容体スーパーファミリーであるシアノバクテリオクロムの独自の光受容機構と多様な光応答現象を解明することを目的として、制御することができるのかを明らかにすることを目的として、代表的なメンバーTePixJ SyCcaS SyPixAなどの光受容機構、結晶構造、シグナル伝達の生化学的役割、生理的役割との関連を解明する。
