Research Abstract |
Based on the biochemical data obtained, we proposed a computer modeling of the molecular complex of the serum mannan-binding protein and its high affinity ligand oligosaccharides on SW1116 cells. Immunohistochemical analysis indicated that the MBP-ligand oligosaccharides are novel tumor marker candidates.
