Research Abstract

本研究は、申請者が育成した世界初のナシ自殖F2集団('おさ二十世紀'X'慈梨'、'おさ二十世紀'X'Max Red Bartlett')を材料にして、果実の品質の重要な決定因子である味の因子、糖度、糖組成、酸度などの有用形質および病害抵抗性に関するマーカー開発を行い、育種現場で実際に適用し、新品種開発に役立てることを目的とする。
