| Research Abstract |
Vicenistatin is an novel vacuolating compound, but its molecular mechanism has remained to be revealed. We found that vicenistatin interfered with the upstream factors of PIKfyve, a PI3P 5-kinase, or regulators involved in PI-turnover.
