Research Abstract

雄花を非常に多く着生するスギに由来する交配家系を用い、DNAマーカーを用いたQTL解析によりスギの雄花量に関わる遺伝子を明らかにする。またスギの精英樹において、それらの遺伝子のDNA塩基配列を比較し、雄花着生量と関連する遺伝子多型を明らかにする。
