Research Abstract

本研究は、ヒト再生医療の実用化を円滑に進め得るトランスレーショナルリサーチの1つとして、ヒトと同様な生活習慣病の自然発症がみられるイヌに着目し、イヌES細胞の樹立を行い、本細胞を用いてイヌの再生医療モデルを確立することを目的に、以下の項目について検討する。
(1)ES細胞樹立に必要な胚盤胞期胚を、卵巣内卵母細胞から定常的かつ安定に供給できる方法の検討
(2)イヌES細胞の培養法の検討
(3)ES細胞から機能細胞への分化誘導と再生医療への応用の検討
