| Research Abstract |
SurvivinがITD-Flt3により生ずる異常造血や白血病幹細(LSC)の自己複製や増殖に関わるかを明らかにする。更に、正常造血幹細胞(HSC)とITD-Flt3陽性LSCでのSurvivin下流分子群の違い、またこの経路を選択的にブロックすることによる治療戦略の可能性について検討し、より有効で安全なAML治療法開発の一助とする
