| Research Abstract |
Using human glioma cell line U87MG, biological responses of glioma cells to chemotherapeutic agent temozlomide (TMZ) was investigated. Especially, linkage between G2 checkpoint activation and DNA repair mechanism was thoroughly investigated in order to develop novel TMZ-related therapeutic regime against chemotherapy-refractory gliomas.
