Research Abstract

本研究の目的は、アルコール及び脂肪摂取が骨代謝に与える影響を組織から分子のレベルで明らかにし、骨の障害に対する防止法を開発することである。
(1)高脂肪食摂取によって生じる骨代謝異常と骨芽細胞分化異常のメカニズムを明らにする。実験には、野生型マウス及び脂質代謝異常が生じやすいApoE遺伝子欠損マウスを用いる。
(2)アルコール摂取によって生じる骨代謝異常と骨芽細胞分化異常のメカニズムを明らかにする。実験には、野生型マウス及びアルコール障害が生じやすいアルデヒド脱水素酵素遺伝子欠損マウスを用いる。
