| Research Abstract |
I completed the survey and digitization with high resolution camera for all Japanese prints, Ukiyo-e albums and related illustrated books(400 title) in the British Museum. By using the digital image, I have catalogued them comprehensively, grasped the full view of the collection. Because of employing admirable curator for each period, they collected masterpiece of famous artist, early work of Ukiyo-e. Not only the masterpiece, but they have also collected the rear prints and special format which has scarcity value with full cautious.
