Research Abstract

22年度は、言語資源をさらに収集しつつ、関連研究のサーベイを進めながら、質問での説明が不十分であるかもしれない情報を指摘する質問作成支援の方法の有効性を評価するため、Q&Aサイトに投稿された質問に対して回答するのに十分な情報が説明されていないことを指摘する投稿について、(1)それらの指摘はどのように行われたのか、(2)それらの指摘はどのように評価されたのか、(3)それらの指摘は再投稿された質問でどのように利用されたのか、などについて調査を行った。調査にはYahoo!知恵袋の「パソコン・周辺機器」カテゴリを利用した。指摘の仕方には直接的な指摘と間接的な指摘があり、いずれも質問者に高く評価されていることが多かった。説明が不十分であると指摘されて再投稿された質問のうち80%が指摘を考慮した内容になっていて、そのほとんどすべてが問題解決に近づく回答を獲得していた。一方、指摘を考慮せず、最初に投稿したのと同じ内容で再投稿された質問の場合、問題解決に近づく回答を獲得したのは60%足らずであった。指摘を考慮して再投稿された質問のうち15%は指摘の内容についての質問で、それらの指摘は質問者にとってそのままでは質問作成に利用できない内容だった。一方、それ以外の85%の質問では指摘された情報を補って再投稿されたものであった。したがって、詳細な説明がなくても、質問での説明が不十分であることを指摘するだけでも質問作成の支援として有効であることがわかった。さらに、Q&Aサイトからの情報抽出の信頼性を低下させる問題として、投稿の評価の操作について21年度に引続き検討を行った。複数のユーザIDを利用して投稿の評価の操作を行なっている可能性のあるユーザを投稿頻度と投稿時間を利用して特定する方法についてYahoo!知恵袋のすべてのカテゴリを対象にして検討を行い、非常に疑わしいユーザを検出することができることを明らかにした。
