Research Abstract |
We have developed an integrated framework for representing information with different types of uncertainty in multi-attribute decision-making problems. Then we have developed a target-oriented multiple attribute evaluation model with application to evaluation of Japanese traditional crafts so as to provide personalized recommendations using so-called kansei features and preferences specified by consumers. Finally, we have developed a new linguistic screening evaluation model for new-product development, which overcomes the limitations of the previous fuzzy logic-based screening evaluation model.
