Research Abstract |
Cadmium is an important occupational and environmental pollutant. It has a biological half-life exceeding 20 years, and may accumulate in various organs such as kidney. The present results showed that cadmium exposure affected FGF23 induced-gene expression which was related with vitamin D metabolism.
