Research Abstract |
We investigated expression mechanism of polymer-degrading enzyme by biodegradable polymer-degrading microorganisms in order to control the degradation start point of biodegradable polymer. Further we tried to prepare "the timed degradation polymer", which of the degradation start point would be controlled on the basis of expression mechanism of their degrading enzymes.
