| Research Abstract |
本研究は、資料収集・関係者のオーラル・ヒストリー調査などを行なって研究基盤の整備を進めながら、米国統治下の沖縄戦後史(1945-72年)、特にその最終段階となる施政権返還期(1969-72年:日米両国による沖縄施政権の返還決定から返還実施まで)における社会運動とその思想経験の独自性を明らかにし、併せて研究代表者の10年来の沖縄戦後史研究を集大成させ、その成果を東アジアの近現代史をめぐる国際的な討議空間に向けて発信しようとする取り組みである。
