Research Abstract |
By visiting five countries, of which population includes a large number of immigrants, their descendants and persons of indigenous origin, and interviewing the government officials, NGO people (activists) including women belonging to ethnic, religious or linguistic, lawyers and researchers of various disciplines, the representative researcher of this project has been able to gather information on the policies of relevance, how those policies were formed, implemented and developed, the commonalities and differences, the effects and limitations. Analysis has been made by using the concept of intersectional discrimination, of which results would be useful to other societies including Japan.
