| Research Abstract |
In this research, we analyze the local finance adjustment system and the interregional fiscal status, especially from the point of equalization fund of local government revenue. Japanese existing system might generate over-adjustment of equalization, and we refer to the horizontal financial-adjustment system in Germany.
