Research Abstract

本研究は、「対人援助職の現場での専門職者の死生観を構築する必要性」に焦点を当て、福祉専門職者(特別養護老人ホーム看取り介護スタッフ)への死生学教育プログラムを開発し、効果測定することを目的としたものである。4年間の研究計画は、(1)死生学教育プログラムの前提となるニーズ調査(平成20年度)、(2)死生学教育プログラムの開発(平成21年度前半)とプログラム実施(平成21年度後半-22年度)、(3)死生学教育プログラムの効果測定(平成23年度)である。
