Research Abstract

(1)時系列として、ARモデルのような古典的な線形モデルだけでなく、ARCHモデル、GARCHモデルのようなボラティリティ変動モデルや確率微分方程式で表される時系列データについて、これらのパラメータの変化点について考察する。変化点の推定量として、クラメール・フォンミーゼス統計量など多くの重要なノンパラメトリック統計量を含む対称統計量を応用する。特に独立性を持つ確率変数列に対するU-、V-統計量の漸近的な性質は従来から詳細に調べられてきたが、本研究では時系列解析への応用のために,特に従属性を持つ場合について研究を行なう。
(2)本研究の応用の一つとして,ファジィ理論に基づく曖昧なデータのクラスター分析における最適クラスターの決定方について研究し、AICを用いた方法を提案し、その性質について考察する。この方法は時系列を大きな変化の少ないクラスターに分解することで、変化点解析にも応用できると考えられる。
