Research Abstract |
Dimeric agonists and antagonists specific for the subtypes of human neutrophil receptors were synthesized by solid phase method. The activities of dimers exhibited cross-linker length dependences. Hetero-transmembrane peptides were alsoprepared and were showed priming activities for human neutrophils.
