| Research Abstract |
クリプト藻綱プラギオセルミス系統群(Plagioselmis、Teleaulax, Geminigera)は、本邦沿岸を含め世界中に海洋プランクトンとして極めて普遍的に存在しており、ときに大増殖するのみならず、赤潮形成繊毛Myrionectaおよび有毒渦鞭毛藻Dinophysisに取り込まれてその盗葉緑体となることが明らかとなっており、生態学、水産学および進化生物学的に極めて重要な生物群である。しかし分類学的な研究はほとんど皆無であることから、本研究ではプラギオセルミス系統群の系統分類学的研究を行う。
