Research Abstract |
We improved our own designed synchrotron high-pressure jump small-angle scattering system, by which stabilities on various cytoskeletal fibrous proteins were explored. Actin homologue proteins, ParM, FtsZ, Alfa, MreB were studied, and the result were published in three papres. We also applied the high-pressure system to lysozyme amyloid filament.
