Research Abstract

本研究では、ヒト前立腺に類似するショウジョウバエ附属腺における、特異な二核細胞集団の発生機構解明に焦点をあてる。研究代表者らは、この二核細胞集団が、一核細胞集団の同調化した細胞周期制御と最終細胞周期における細胞質分裂の放棄によって一斉に起きることを明らかにしてきた。本研究ではさらに、
(1)二核化がどのような因子の働きによって生じてくるのか?
(2)二核細胞集団の存在意義が何か?
を明らかにすることを目的とする。
リンシグナルと二核化との関係を解析する。
