| Research Abstract |
本研究は、高温性Campylobacter lariを対象として「推定される病原遺伝子」を比較分子生物学的に解析し、カンピロバクター感染症の発症に関わる病原因子とその発症の分子機構を科学的に解明することを目的としている。そこで、平成22年度においてはcytolethal distending toxin遺伝子(cdtA,cdtB,cdtC)、Campylobacter invasion antigen遺伝子(ciaB)、fibronectin-binding Protein(cadF)、putative peptide methionine sulfoxide reductase遺伝子(mrsA)を始め、thyA,pld4,ceuB,C,D,EそしてCj1371遺伝子(Vacj)である。更に、UPTCのウレアーゼ遺伝子オペロンの全体像についても解析した。
これらについては既に多くの研究成果をあげ学会発表し、また誌上発表では投稿中あるいは投稿準備中である。1、2例を記すと、Expression and analysis of cytolethal distending toxin(cdt)gene in CampylobacterおよびComparative analysis of Campylobacter lari cytolethal distending toxin(CDT)effect on HeLa cellsの論題でBr J Biorned Sciへ投稿した。
