Research Abstract

胚性内胚葉/原始腸管からは肺・膵・肝・腸などヒト成人病疾患に深く関与する組織・器官に発生する。本研究ではSox17欠損マウスに特異的に表現系の認められた胚性内胚葉分化について、派生組織への分化プロセスを検証する目的で、発生初期(9.5日胚)の肝臓原基そのものを用いたin vitro組織培養系を確立し、更に正常胎児組織とのDNAarray法及び、ノックアウトES細胞を用いたキメラ解析等で内胚葉細胞から派生組織へのSox17因子の役割と自立的分化能の詳細な検討を行った。
