Research Abstract

(1)過敏性腸症候群(IBS)の病態生理に炎症・免疫異常が何らかの役割を果たしているのではないかと考えられている。消化管炎症・免疫異常の結果として食物不耐性が存在している可能性がある。
(1)食物不耐性を有するIBS 患者は重症であるかどうかを確認する。
(2)食物不耐症例の特異的な病態を調査する。
(2)通常のIBS 治療では改善しにくい患者は少なくない.
(1)蛋白分解酵素阻害薬であるメシル酸カモスタットのIBS患者に対する治療有効性を確認する.
(2)メシル酸カモスタットのIBS患者における消化管機能に及ぼす影響を調査する.
