Research Abstract |
Transcriptional regulatory factor, ATBF1 associates with RUNX3. The molecular complex of ATBF1 and RUNX3 translocates to the nucleus in response to TGF-β・ signal transduction. ATBF1 and RUNX3 activate the promoter of p21. ATBF1 and RUNX3 complex might function in the nucleus as tumor suppressor and transcriptional regulator.
