Research Abstract	Circumferential endoscopic surgery in the esophagus lead to esophageal stricture. This study demonstrated development of an endoscopically injectable controlled releasing anti-scarring drug delivery system, and verification of the efficacy of our strategy for prevention of esophageal stricture.
