Research Abstract

本研究では、失神の診断と治療における非薬物治療、起立調節訓練法(orthostatic self-training or Tilt training)の臨床における有用性とその役割を明確化させることにある。特に、原因不明の失神患者における本治療法の活用と高い有効性に関する科学的な検証を行うこと、及び早期の確定診断にいたる本治療法の有効な活用についての研究も含まれる。また、失神患者の社会的影響や外傷あるいは自動車運転制限等が及ぼす影響についても検討し、心原性失神患者との相違点についても検討することである。
