Research Abstract

In this investigation, we performed to extract amyloid β protein (Aβ) in lens tissues obtained from cataract patients without dementia, and to measure Aβ by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs), revealing that Aβx-42 was deposited in lens in a small amount and increased in parallel with severity of cataract.
